Ebon Hold is lacking

[:1]As ebon hold is our home i + others may feel the same way as we would like our trade channel to reach our home and it really is our capital city as well.

Along with a DK only AH since we all share that common bond of being dead we must look out for our selfs.

ok the AH may be a lil much but meh its worth a shot.
Just be content you're one of two classes to have an area made especially for them.

I agree with you to an extent. The Ebon Hold is not something to write home about (in the sense that I will not visit it as much as I would visit Orgrimmar); however as Death Knight's we are either member's of the Horde or Alliance. Our allegiance is to Thrall or Varian now not the Knight's of the Ebon Blade. It simply does not make sense to have a fully featured Ebon Hold if our allegiance and time will more than likely spent elsewhere.
Ebon Hold is fine. It's a free a teleport.
Like one of the guys above said, Ebon Hold is fine for a free teleport. It wouldn't make sense to have an Auction House (Neutral or one for each side) in the hold as it would get crowded pretty quick IMHO.
All I truly think the ebon hold needs is those two portals to stormwind and orgrimmar back. Those flight paths make me want to bash my skull in.
Flight paths don't bother me nearly as much as not being able to access my bank without Jeeves. I'm not the kind of player who carries all my armor sets with me. If a DK wants to toy around with different spec/runeforge he/she has to have all the possible gear they are going to experiment with in his/her bags. Our class trainers are only in one spot so when it comes to respecing to try something different we have to make the trip back there and fly back to Undercity (if your horde if your not you are pretty much banged on distance) just to change gear out. Obviously Ebon Hold isn't meant for a place to conduct trading so I don't think an AH would be justifiable. But while in the only spot we can respec its a pain to be cut off from the rest of the server. Trade chat would be nice. Otherwise those target dummies in there are pretty useless. Sure these cons do have work arounds but until DK trainers are located elsewhere (which I would find a suitable fix even if they only offer respecs) a little convenience wouldn't hurt. Last but not least, how about our reagent vendor selling Vanishing Dust? Yet again in the only place we can change our spec we can also not buy the required item used to change out glyphs.
they could add more stuff to the ebon hold without making it overpowered
an inn there would be nice as would a mailbox, i know there is a mailbox at the chapel but then you need to make a second stop.

the whole bank thing as it is now is wrong, its more like a safe deposit box, so on that note,they could add in a spot there that's like a footlocker or a file cabinet, it only holds 10 slots of material, and make it so you have to buy this storage so its not just a freebie
It would be nice if Ebon Hold had a bank at the very least. It's a cool little place, but the only reason we even go there is to respec/runeforge, or perhaps as a quick route to Undercity. It'd be nice if it had some more functionality or convenience.

It doesn't need to have all the perks of a capital city, per se. Access to trade chat, a bank, and a reagent vendor would be a pretty decent start.
Why would you need an Inn at Ebon Hold? The place counts as an Inn as far as rested experience and it has vendors. That part confused me.
This would be awesome, and maybe more DK's would actually go there more often.

What i think we need though is a couple Portals to SW and Org, especially for us Alliance players, i mean, Ebon Hold is in the middle of nowhere and nowhere near any of our Capitals. :(
Even as a Horde player I've never understood why ally doesn't get a portal to Darnassus.

I think Blizzard not including this really ruined the atmosphere of the DK of late game Wrath. Ebon Hold is a really awesome place to be as a DK when the place is swarming with DKs. Outside of it we kind of just blend in with everyone else.
i've seen other necropolises like Voltarus, they have a middle floor that doesn't gives outdoors.

I think Ebon Hold should have that as a portal room....

who knows? =P I like to have a portal instead of stupid long ass flight point

I think it would be amazing if we had our own little bank/AH (maybe). Trade chat would be cool also. It seems too dead when I go there (no pun intended). We need something to spice it up!
