Frost DW weapon speed question

[:1]Hey folks. I did a search and read the stickies but I did not find any mention of DW weapon speeds.

My question is: Is there a OH/MH weapon speed preference ? For instance rogues use a fast speed weapon and slower speed weapon. Are DK's the same or do we use equal speed in both hands ?
Also is slower weapon speed preferred or is faster preferred ?

If memory serves me, I remember reading something along the lines that duel wielding DK's needed a slow weapon in each hand for best dps output. Didn't know if I was right or not so I asked :P
Slowest weapon possible in both hands.
