WHich trinkets to use @.@

I ahve Normal AoK, N VoA, and Rotting skull.

AoK and Rotting Skull isnt stacking due to the 15 second CD thing on on use trinkets (even though iw as able to stack essence of eternal flames and AoK in 4.2)
