[:1]So just go this baby wednesday night from a 6/8 clear of Dragonsoul with the guild. Looks amazing the stamina alone is great. The proc lasts for 20 secs and has about a 1 and a half minute internal CD from my testing. It basically gave me 100% more to my absorption shield which bumped it up to 280%! pretty amazing but because it is a proc to you think its better or worse than the valor trinket. thoughts?

It's not mutually exclusive with the valor trinket. SV being a proc on melee hit means it can proc when you aren't tanking, thus wasting the proc unless you are able to roll the blood shield (which risks running into the cap).
Its okay for everything outside tank swap fights. As far as stam trinket oprions, I'd prob consider Pride first, though.
VP trinket is amazing, mostly cause its controllable and has a non-stam passive :p
